Justice Capital LLC is an investment firm that acquires multi-family real estate in the form of apartment complexes. Our values revolve around community, trust, education, and opportunity, and are the driving force behind our investment strategy and partnerships.

Our Strategy

At Justice Capital, we are focused on the acquisition of multi-family properties. By executing our strategic business plan, we deliver low risk, high returns to our investors through our thoroughly vetted assets, ensuring a satisfied clientele with every newly acquired property.

Our due diligence includes researching and analyzing emerging markets to ensure they are consistently growing with respect to population and employment opportunities, while demonstrating pathways of progress that provide a robust rental market for our investors.

Additionally, we have in place teams that consist of property management, commercial general contractors, property inspectors, title and SEC attorneys, all of which will ensure a smooth and efficient purchase of the property along with quality asset management throughout the duration of our ownership.

Meet the Managing Partners

Vivica Rojo
Managing Partner

Vivica is one of the founders and managing partners of Justice Capital. She has earned her Bachelor’s degree in Critical Race and Ethnic Studies/ Legal Studies, from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Vivica’s focus and experience is a hybrid between Social Justice and Multifamily Real Estate. She is continuously building upon her palette of knowledge around providing trauma-informed, strength-based services to communities navigating marginalization.

Vivica is a firm believer in financial stability and the opportunities that come from it. She transitioned into the Multifamily space as a way to collaborate with like-minded individuals who are seeking the means to do this for themselves and their families by providing knowledge and education around building legacy wealth. Importantly, she seeks to share this with folks who want their investment to be two fold, the latter as well as investing into something they know will be supporting the community, not hurting it. 

Anthony Rojo
Managing Partner

Anthony is one of the founders and managing partners of Justice Capital. He graduated from UCLA in 1992 and, in 1997, he earned an MA in Education from UC Berkeley. As a high school social studies teacher for 26 years, Anthony’s consistent focus and theme in all of his courses was social justice which is one of the core values he brings to the investment firm. He has also invested in various assets, including cryptocurrency, stocks and the single family sector, allowing him to own properties throughout the United States.

Anthony transitioned into the multi-family space where he can utilize his interpersonal skills honed as a teacher to cultivate strong and long lasting relationships with brokers, investors, real estate agents, lenders and other important individuals in the multi-family space to ensure a high level of success and profitability for everyone involved. Additionally, like his daughter/business partner, Anthony seeks to build financial independence for his family while also giving back to communities by providing healthy, stable and caring living quarters to help ensure a quality of life that all humans deserve.

Michael Grayson

Michael is one of the co-founders of Pivotal Focus Capital Partners. Michael has been in logistical operation management for over ten years where he has learned the important skill of running a successful multibillion dollar business. Michael has moved his skills of management and running numbers to the multifamily space as an underwriter for his team.

 

He’s a father of three children that he has coached and motivated in sports over the course of seven years. He is married to Angie Grayson, the co-founder of Pivotal Focus Capital Partners.

Angelia Grayson

Angie is the Co-founder of Pivotal Focus Capital Partners, four years ago she found her calling in addiction and mental health studies and since then has gone to school and become an addiction and mental health counselor. Angelia is currently continuing her education at San Francisco state college to obtain her LMFT degree. Angelia has transitioned to the multifamily space in order to gain passive income so she can give back by opening her own practice as well as establishing residential housing for people with addiction and mental health problems.

DWIGHT JOHNSON, JR.

Dwight started his short-term rental business, Viewpoint Enterprises LLC the same year and hasn’t looked back since.

 

As an entrepreneur and long-standing member of the Georgia Real Estate
Investor Association, Dwight has made numerous connections with local Investors by training fellow members on how to safely manage and operate a short-term rental business. A California native and proud father of two boys, Amare and Amir, he is passionate about giving back as he believes what you give is what you will ultimately receive back in due time.

Nicholas Smith

Nicholas is a versatile entrepreneur who specializes in finding solutions while building valuable relationships. A North Carolina-native and a proud father of two, he transitioned to Georgia in 1990 where he began his professional career.

 

Nick established his own property preservation business for bank foreclosures. This initiative incited him to fully pursue entrepreneurship. Since then, Nick has established a ‘fix and flip’ business known as First Source Property Funding and a wholesale operation. He also gained experience working in the multifamily space, in addition purchasing “mom and pop” businesses.
